Dragon Boat Festival
Today is Dragon Boat Festival, which is one of the three important festivals in the Chinese society. Apart from eating Chinese dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves and watching dragon boats racing, another fun tradition for today is to balance eggs around midday. It is called 立蛋(li` dan`) in Chinese.
